Good Food Program Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver

Please read before purchasing. Good Food provides one fixed prepared food and beverage program; it does not modify meals for individual customers. The kitchen handles tree nuts and other allergens. The program is intended only for adults without food allergies or medical conditions. Customers decide whether the standard menu meets their personal preferences and agree to the terms below with each purchase.

1. Program and health decisions

I understand that Good Food is a prepared food program, not a medical service, treatment, supervised fast, or substitute for medical advice. Descriptions of a “reset,” “cleanse,” or possible benefits are general information; Good Food does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or promise a particular health result. This program is intended for adults without food allergies or medical conditions. If I have a food allergy or a medical condition, I will not enroll or consume the program. I understand that my individual response to a change in diet cannot be predicted.

2. Medical circumstances and nutrition

I confirm that I do not have a medical condition that could affect whether this program is appropriate for me, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, diabetes, kidney or liver disease, a gastrointestinal condition, a history of disordered eating, or a condition that requires a prescribed diet. I understand that medications can interact with dietary changes, and that the program may not meet every person’s calorie, protein, electrolyte, or other nutritional needs. If I have a medical condition, take medication that is affected by food or hydration, or am unsure whether a dietary change is appropriate, I will not participate and will seek advice from my own qualified clinician. I will stop consuming the program and seek appropriate care if I feel unwell.

3. Allergies and shared kitchen

I understand that Good Food uses tree nuts and other allergenic ingredients. Other allergens may be present in recipes, ingredients, supplier facilities, or the kitchen. The nine major U.S. food allergens are milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame; other foods can also cause reactions. Recipes, ingredients, suppliers, and menus may change. Shared storage, preparation surfaces, equipment, and packaging create a risk of cross-contact even when an allergen is not an intended ingredient in an item. Good Food cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen. The program is not offered to people with food allergies: if I have any known or suspected food allergy, I will not order or consume it. I will review the current ingredient information for each item and contact Good Food before eating if anything is missing or unclear. I will not consume an item I believe may be unsafe.

4. Gluten

Good Food uses gluten-free ingredients in its standard menu. This describes the ingredients selected; it is not a certification or a guarantee that every finished item is free from gluten cross-contact. The program is not offered as suitable for celiac disease, wheat allergy, or another medical condition requiring strict gluten avoidance. If I have one of those conditions, I will not order or consume the program. Otherwise, I am responsible for deciding whether the current ingredient information meets my personal preferences.

5. Fixed menu and personal dietary preferences

Everyone receives the same standard program. Good Food does not make substitutions or modifications for allergies, medical diets, or other individual restrictions. I am responsible for deciding whether the standard menu meets my religious, ethical, and personal preferences, including preferences concerning ingredients, additives, sugar, sodium, fats, or particular foods. I will check the delivered items and labels before eating and contact Good Food promptly if an item appears incorrect, damaged, improperly chilled, or otherwise unsafe. I will not consume an item that I believe may be unsafe.

6. Delivery, refrigeration, and preparation

Good Food is responsible for handling, preparing, storing, packaging, and transporting its food in accordance with applicable food safety requirements up to delivery. After delivery, I will provide accurate delivery information, arrange prompt receipt, refrigerate perishable items promptly at 40°F (4°C) or below, follow the package dates and storage instructions, keep cold items chilled, heat items as directed, and discard food left unrefrigerated too long, past its use-by date, or showing signs of spoilage. I will notify Good Food promptly about a missing, damaged, delayed, or temperature-compromised delivery.

7. Assumption of disclosed risks and release

I knowingly accept the disclosed inherent risks of consuming prepared foods and changing my diet, including an unexpected intolerance, digestive discomfort, or individual response to the program. I voluntarily decide to participate, confirm that I do not have a food allergy or medical condition, and understand that Good Food relies on my confirmation of my own eligibility. To the fullest extent Florida law permits, I release Good Food and its owners, employees, contractors, and delivery partners from claims arising from these inherent risks or from my inaccurate health information or failure to follow storage and use instructions after delivery. To the fullest extent Florida law permits, this release also applies to claims based on Good Food’s ordinary negligence. It does not waive any right or claim that cannot lawfully be waived or excuse Good Food from applicable food safety, truthful labeling, or other mandatory duties.

8. Emergency and acceptance

If I experience a possible serious allergic reaction or other medical emergency, I will seek emergency medical care immediately. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read this document, have had an opportunity to ask questions before purchasing, understand its effect, and voluntarily agree to it. If I purchase for another adult, I will share the ingredient and safety information with that person; my acceptance does not waive that person’s independent rights. Good Food may refuse orders for minors unless a separate process is approved.
