Good Food is a five-day, thoughtfully designed nutrition program. Every morning, your complete day arrives fresh at your door - from cold-pressed juice to your chef-crafted dinner.
We've already done the research, selected the ingredients, and designed the timing and order of each meal. You simply follow the program, trust the process, and give your body the opportunity to reset.
The body can respond quickly to a change in nutrition. When we remove things like refined sugar and processed foods and replace them with clean, thoughtfully designed nourishment, many people begin to notice a difference within days - feeling lighter, less bloated, and more energized. Five days is enough to feel the change - and realistic enough to commit to.
Everything you need for one complete day of nourishment. Each morning, you'll receive a cold-pressed juice, a satisfying smoothie, a fresh salad or nourishing soup, and a chef-crafted dinner - all prepared fresh and designed to work together as one complete day. No planning. No shopping. No cooking. We've taken care of it for you.
*Menu items are subject to change based on ingredient availability and freshness. No modifications or substitutions are available.
Your complete day arrives fresh each morning by 9:30 AM, every day of your five days. If you are not home, your box is left in the shade at your door — please bring it in and refrigerate it as soon as you can. If there is a gate code, a doorman, or a particular place you would like it left, add it at checkout.

Yes. The order is part of the Good Food method. Your day is intentionally designed from light to more substantial foods - starting with juice, followed by your smoothie, salad or soup, and finally your cooked meal. For the best experience, follow the order and recommended timing as closely as possible.
Timing is personal - your schedule should follow your natural waking and sleeping rhythm. As a general guide, we recommend keeping the morning light and waiting until at least 11 AM for your first complete meal, giving your body space before digestion becomes more active.
- Juice: 1-2 hours after waking
- Smoothie: 12-2 PM
- Salad or Soup: 3-5 PM
- Chef-Crafted Dinner: 7-9 PM
Wake up later? Simply shift the schedule forward while keeping the same order and allowing space between meals.
The program is designed to provide everything you need for the day, so we recommend not adding other foods. If you're feeling hungry or don't feel your best, listen to your body. You can add fresh fruits or vegetables as needed, then continue with the program.
Hydration is an essential part of the reset. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and begin your morning with water and fresh lemon. Water and unsweetened herbal teas are encouraged throughout the program. Keep your body hydrated - it makes a difference in how you feel.
We recommend taking a five-day break from coffee. The intention of the reset is to reduce stimulants and other things that may add stress to the body, while giving your system a calmer, simpler routine.
Because the program is also dairy-free, we encourage you to step away from the morning coffee-and-milk habit altogether and begin your day with water and fresh lemon instead.
We recommend avoiding alcohol for all five days. The purpose of the reset is to give your body a break and keep the program as clean and simple as possible. It's only five days - commit fully, trust the process, and give your body the opportunity to reset.
Plant-based is intentional during the five-day reset. We temporarily remove animal foods and focus on whole, plant-based ingredients that generally provide fiber and can feel lighter within the program.
This isn't about becoming vegan. It's about simplifying your diet for five days and giving your digestive system a break from your usual routine.
We use only gluten-free ingredients. No wheat, barley or rye goes into any recipe on the menu. We are not a certified gluten-free kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that no trace reaches a finished dish. If you have celiac disease or a wheat allergy, this program is not for you.
Good Food isn't about counting calories or chasing protein targets. For these five days, the focus shifts to supporting digestion and discovering how your body responds when you eat differently - with intentional food combining, whole plant-based foods, and without refined sugar, processed foods, or heavier-to-digest foods.
The reset is an opportunity to listen to your body, notice the difference, and take those healthier habits with you beyond the five days.
Every body responds differently, and the first couple of days may feel like an adjustment. As you step away from sugar, caffeine, processed foods, and your usual eating habits, you may experience a headache, lower energy, or simply feel a little different.
As the reset continues, many people report feeling lighter, less bloated, clearer, and more energized. Stay well hydrated, prioritize good sleep, and give yourself time to notice how your body responds.
Yes, but we recommend taking it a little easier than usual. You can continue to move your body, but these five days aren't the time to push yourself with intense workouts.
Choose lighter movement, listen to your body, prioritize rest and sleep, and give yourself the space to fully experience the reset.
Many people do notice weight loss during the five days, along with feeling lighter and less bloated. But weight loss isn't the main goal of Good Food.
The bigger goal is to help you experience a different way of eating and build habits you can take with you afterward. Because losing weight for five days means very little if nothing changes on day six.
Think of Good Food as self-care for your body, using food as the tool. Just as you make time for exercise, a massage, or a facial, a reset is an opportunity to intentionally take care of yourself from the inside.
Some people return to Good Food regularly, while others come back when they feel they need it - after travel, celebrations, stressful periods, or when their habits simply feel off.
It's five days to reconnect with your body, reset your habits, and come back to what makes you feel your best.
Good Food is designed for generally healthy adults and is not a medically supervised program. If you have a chronic medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific medical dietary requirements, the 5-Day Reset may not be appropriate for you. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating.
Our program uses gluten-free ingredients, but our kitchen uses nuts and other common allergens. We are unable to accommodate individual allergies, substitutions, or dietary restrictions.
